This position is all about selling print and print technologies, the execution side of marketing programs, and introducing our value and thinking to a traditional market. Required education:
• High School required, Bachelor's preferred

Required attributes:
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Established accounts in the printing industry preferred
• Previous experience selling print or physical media
• Strong ability to meet new clients and turn prospects into sales
• Strong ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in person
• Detail-oriented
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Marketing knowledge and experience preferred

Responsible for processing of customer database files into a format which meets customer specifications and USPS regulations and will serve as the in-house expert on DMM and USPS regulations. Will process and prepare all data files for production, provide piece count & postage amounts to CSRs for every mailing job in a timely manner and check files for conformity to supplied layouts and mail pieces for conformity to USPS regulations.

They will prepare proper documentation, including mock-ups and layout information. Serve as postal regulations resource for CSRs, sales staff, account managers, and customers when requested. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of postal regulations and work closely with USPS representative on regulation issues.

This position will serve as the in-house expert on mail piece design. They will regularly update postal software to meet all changes, revisions and requirements made by the USPS and maintain data files for inkjet and variable data printing jobs. Advise inkjet production personnel regarding data set up. Create all documentation required by the post office utilizing BCC Mail Manager and distribute accordingly. Run NCOA and provide excel reports to customers. Contact USPS to verify customer permit numbers and postage balances. Maintain and oversee any other related information pertaining to database and mailing issues. Responsible for final quality check to compare job specifications with final product and assure compliance with USPS regulations.

Required attributes:
• Previous mailing experience and technical apptitude
• Associate Degree or equivalent of a minimum two years work experience in a professional office environment (Preferred)
• Proficient with MS Office
• Experience with printing preferred but not necessary
