MAILING
Mailers can be printed in-house with ink jetting and tabbing for a turn key mail operation. Fugitive glue sealing is also offered for a clean presentation for many complex designs. In addition, Bayside has an on-site data and mailing expert to help ensure that your mail pieces are effective and cost-efficient.
- We provide delivery-point intelligent mail barcodes with CASS (coding accuracy support system) documentation to keep postage at its lowest possible rate
- Two high-speed inkjet systems with in-line tabbing.
- Maximum speed of 20,000 feet per hour
- Two Bell & Howell Envelope Inserters, up to 6 inserts, maximum size 6.25” x 9.5”
- Bayside utilizes Mail Manager, a BCC Software Company. We provide address correction using NCOA technologies (National Change of Address). We also provide database management, duplicate detection, and presorting services.
FULFILLMENT
From simple kitting, box assembly, and packaging of point-of-purchase material to very complex and intricate detail to secure sensitive information, we can stage and handle printed or supplied materials for large distribution projects.
- Bayside has a 6,000 square foot warehouse available for your inventory
- Fulfillment services include pick and pack, inventory control, and confidential list checking and verification for personalized mailings
- Computerized inventory records are kept on all items in stock. These reports are also available (with password protection) through our website.
