For nearly 50 years, Rose Mary has been the heart of Bayside’s success, guiding the company through its growth while maintaining a personal connection with every client. Today, she oversees the company’s accounting and human resources functions, yet remains committed to keeping an open line of communication with clients, just as she did when Bayside first began. Her passion for excellence and her unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction continue to inspire the entire Bayside Printing team.

Wesley Lichenstein
VP Sales & Marketing

Wesley has been a key member of Bayside Printing since 1984, bringing decades of commercial printing experience to every account he manages. He started as an estimator and office manager before moving into sales in 2002, which gives him a strong foundation in job planning, pricing, and production workflows. Wesley is also recognized as a fine paper specialist who helps clients choose the right stocks and finishes for catalogs, books, stationery, and high end marketing pieces. His deep knowledge of materials, presses, and bindery options allows him to recommend creative, cost effective solutions that still deliver a premium look and feel. Clients rely on Wesley as a collaborative partner who listens carefully, anticipates challenges, and ensures every project reflects their brand at the highest level.

Terry Bundscho

Terry has been a valued member of the Bayside Printing team for more than 40 years, bringing unmatched experience and dedication to every client project. He began his career in the bindery department and worked his way up through production and estimating before becoming a trusted sales representative. This hands on background gives Terry a deep understanding of how commercial print jobs are planned, scheduled, and finished, from press to bindery and mailing. He is known for his friendly, straightforward communication style and his commitment to clear expectations, honest timelines, and consistent quality. Terry excels at building long term relationships, guiding clients through each step of the printing process, and making every customer feel like part of the Bayside Printing family.

Debbie Sykes

With over 40 years of experience in commercial printing and direct mail, Debbie is a trusted expert at delivering high quality, cost effective printing and mailing solutions. She has partnered with organizations of all sizes, from local Houston businesses to national brands, helping them streamline print production and mail campaigns for maximum impact and ROI. Debbie’s expertise covers offset, digital, wide format, and complex direct mail projects, including postal regulations, list management, and variable data printing for personalized communication. David Argudin

David has been making an impact at Bayside Printing since 2025, bringing fresh energy and a multifaceted skill set to the company. A 2021 graduate of Texas A&M University, he serves as Marketing Director and Sales professional, seamlessly blending creative strategy with client development. In this dual role, David oversees Bayside’s digital presence, managing social media channels and leading web development initiatives that keep the company connected with both current and prospective clients. His marketing expertise ensures Bayside’s brand remains visible and relevant in today’s digital landscape, while his sales background allows him to personally guide clients through their printing needs with confidence and clarity. Sherri Tyndall

Sherri has been an integral part of the Bayside Printing team since 2006 and serves as one of the primary points of contact for our clients. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, Sherri supports up to three sales representatives while assisting clients directly with new print orders via phone and email. She is highly skilled in managing the entire order process- from entering estimates and orders into our EFI Print Management System to tracking job status, ensuring timely updates, and reviewing billing and purchasing orders for accuracy. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and deep understanding of print production make her a trusted resource for clients navigating their printing projects. Sherri’s dedication helps ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for businesses relying on Bayside for professional printing services in Houston and beyond.
